Learning how to draw mindfully is an approach to drawing that is contemplative, nurturing and restorative for many artists. Each session includes a variety of both observational and imaginative drawing exercises using graphite pencil, pen and charcoal. Learn techniques to ‘draw what you see’ in contour, values and textures. Topics include drawing from life, botanical subjects, landscapes and mandalas.
